Emily began her career in 1980, and has sold homes for some of the most distinguished luxury home builders for over twenty years. Her vast knowledge of construction and her ability to envision a finished project is a tremendous asset to investors and buyers. As a listing agent, Emily uses her background to help her clients prepare their home for the market with staging ideas and market positioning data.
A firm believer in continuing education, Emily sought out advanced training to better serve her clients specific needs. She earned The Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation to help homeowners facing financial hardship, as well as buyers who are considering purchasing a distressed property. She is well equipped to help investors take advantage of the rare opportunities to be discovered in the Phoenix market as a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS).
When she is not working in real estate, Emily loves traveling around the world to learn and experience other cultures. She enjoys donating her time to charitable causes such as Opportunity International; an organization that provides micro business loans to women in Rwanda. She has also spent time in Uganda helping build homes for orphans.
